The High-Level Officials of Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports led by Her H.E Kim Sethany, Secretary of State for Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, held talk with the delegation of Spanish led by HE. Emilie De Miguel Balabia, Ambassador of Spanish to Thailand, about the Promoting the Cooperation of Education, Youth and Sports Sector by supporting the Technical of Information Technology to promote Early Childhood Education and Cambodia Football Federation. The meeting was held on 19 March 2019, at the Ministry’s Hall.
