The Meeting between The President of Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau ( Credit Institute for Reconstruction ) Mr. Hearal Gerding and H.E Keo Rattanak was held in order to discuss about the promoting EUR 30 million concessional loans and grants for the construction of electricity infrastructure in Siem Reap, Banteay Meanchey and Kampong Thom provinces.
