The APSARA Authority of Cambodia and France sign an Agreement on Support System for Water Management in Angkor Region, in Siem Reap provincial city this afternoon, after the end of the 26th Plenary Session of the International Coordinating Committee for the Safeguarding and Development of the Historic Site of Angkor (ICC-Angkor).
