H.E Chea Sophara, DPM of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, chaired the meeting on 16 January to construct the sewage system in Shihanoukville with the presence of Minister of Public Works and Transport H.E Sun Chanthol, H.E Say Sam Al, Minister of Environment and Shihanoville Governor. The meeting was held at the MLUC.
