On Monday Morning,24 August 2020, Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Cambodia, participated in the Video Conference of the 3rd Mekong-Lacang Cooperation Summit. This 3rd summit is hosted by Laos and also attended by 6 counties including Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam and China under the theme “Enhancing Partnership for Shared Prosperity”.
