ព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ៥រោច ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំរកា នព្វស័ក ព.ស ២៥៦១ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី ០៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ ២០១៨ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង ឯកឧត្តម លឹម គានហោ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មការរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលមេគង្គលើកទី ៣ បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មការរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលមេគង្គលើកទី ៣ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ អស់លោក លោកស្រីជាប្រធាន អនុប្រធាន សមាជិកអនុគណៈកម្មការ មកពីក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ សរុបប្រមាណ ៦០ នាក់ ។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ មានគោលបំណង ពិនិត្យ វាយតម្លៃលើលទ្ធផលការងារដែលអនុគណៈកម្មការទាំង ៤ (អនុគណៈកម្មការសន្តិសុខ សណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ និងសុខាភិបាល, អនុគណៈកម្មការពិធីការ រៀបចំកន្លែងប្រជុំ ដឹកជញ្ជូន និងសិល្បៈ, អនុគណៈកម្មការផ្គត់ផ្គង់ និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងអនុគណៈកម្មការឯកសារ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៌មាន) សម្រេចបាន ។
ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះលទ្ធផលការងារដែលអនុគណៈកម្មការនីមួយៗសម្រេចបាន (ពី ៧០-៨០%) និងផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍បន្ថែមលើការងារដែលនៅសេសសល់ សំដៅធ្វើយ៉ាងណាឱ្យការរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលមេគង្គលើកទី ៣ ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តិទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី ០៤-០៥ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ ២០១៨ ខាងមុខនេះ នាទីក្រុងសៀមរាប ទទួលបានលទ្ធផលជោគជ័យ ល្អប្រសើរ ។ សូមបញ្ជាក់ជូនថា ក្នុងនាមជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលខាងលើនេះ សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នឹងអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតី ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីប្រមុខរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃបណ្តាប្រទេសជាសមាជិកទន្លេមេគង្គ ឡាវ ថៃ និងវៀតណាម ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃប្រទេសជាដៃគូសន្ទនា (ចិន និងមីយ៉ាន់ម៉ា) ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ក៏មានការចូលរួមផងដែរពីបណ្តាប្រទេសដែលជាដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍របស់មេគង្គ ព្រមទាំងអ្នកជំនាញ អ្នកបច្ចេកទេស សង្គមស៊ីវិល ក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌតំបន់ និងពិភពលោក សរុបប្រមាណ ៣៥០ នាក់ ។
At the Office of the Ministry, HE Lim Kean Hor, Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology and Chairman of the 3rd summit of Mekong Commission led the 3rd Mekong summit with the participation of His Excellency, Ladies and Gentlemen, committee members from relevant ministries and institutions a total of approximately 60 people.
The meeting aims to review the performance of four sub-committees (Subcommittee on Security and Health, Subcommittee of place for meeting Transport and Art , Subcommittee on Supply and Finance, and Sub-Committee on Documents and Media).
The Minister appreciated and evaluated the performance of each subcommittee (from 70-80%) and provided additional recommendations on the remaining work in order to ensure that the third Mekong Summit, which will be held on April 4, 2018, will be successful in Siem Reap. Please note that as host of this summit, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of Cambodia will be presided over by the heads of the governments of the Mekong, Lao, Thai and Vietnamese members and representatives of the Dialogue Partners (China and Myanmar). The meeting was also attended by 350 Mekong countries, as well as the Mekong region’s development partners and civil engineering experts from local areas and the
in total of 350 peoples.
