នារសៀលថ្ងៃចន្ទ ០៤រោច ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំរកា នព្វស័ក២៥៦១ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី ០៥ ខែ មីនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៨នេះ បងប្អូននារីជាភរិយាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំខេត្ត មន្ទីរ និង មន្ត្រីរាជការ កងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធ ក្រុមហ៊ុន ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម អង្គការដៃគូ គរុសិស្ស និសិ្សត សិស្សប្រមាណជាង៧០០នាក់ បានមកជួបជុំគ្នាធ្វើពិធីសំណេះសំណាល ដើមី្បអបអរសាទរខួបអនុស្សាវរីយ៍លើកទី ១០៧ ទិវាអន្តរជាតិនារី ៨មីនា ២០១៨ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ(ស្រ្តីរួមគ្នារក្សាសន្តិភាព ដើមី្បអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាតិ) ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ឃឹម ប៊ុនសុង អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្ត ឯកឧត្តម នូ ផល្លា ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាខេត្ត និង លោកជំទាវ ព្រមទាំងឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ជាសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាខេត្ត គណៈអភិបាលខេត្ត អស់លោក លោកស្រី ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំមន្ទីរ និង អង្គភាពផងដែរ ។
ក្នុងកិច្ចស្វាគមន៍លោកស្រី ហិញ ហាចប្រធានស្តីទីមន្ទីរកិច្ចការនារីខេត្ត បានធ្វើសេចក្តីរាយការណ៍ អំពីលទ្ធផល នៃ ការអនុវត្តការងារយេនឌ័រ ក្នុងរយៈពេលកន្លងមក និង ការអានព្រះរាជសាររបស់សម្តេច ព្រះមហាក្សត្រីនរោត្តម មុនីនាថ ស៊ីហនុ ព្រះវរៈរាជមាតាជាតិខ្មែរ ក្នុងសេរីភាពសេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរ និង សុភមង្គល ប្រទាន ជូនដល់បងប្អូនជនរួមជាតិ ក្នុងឱកាសខួបអនុស្សាវរីយ៍លើកទី១០៧ នៃទិវាអន្តរជាតិនារី៨មីនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៨ របស់លោកស្រី យូ សុភា អភិបាលរងនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តរួចមក។
ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ឃឹម ប៊ុន សុង បានធ្វើសំណូមដល់បងប្អូនស្ត្រីទាំងអស់ ឲ្យខិតខំក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍនូវសមត្ថភាពរបស់ខ្លួន ដើមី្បចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចការ សង្គមជាតិ សំខាន់ឲ្យក្លាយខ្លួនជាអ្នកដឹកនាំដ៏ល្អក្នុងសង្គមជាតិកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង និង កាន់តែមានភាពផុលផុសជាងមុនទៀតផង ។
ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា បងប្អូនស្ត្រីគ្រប់រូប មានតួនាទីយ៉ាងសំខាន់ ក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍ នៅក្នុងក្រុមគ្រួសារ និង សង្គមេជាតិ ដែលជាឆ្អឹងខ្នងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្នុងគ្រួសារផងដែរ ។ ដោយកត្តាទាំងនេះហើយ ដែល ធ្វើឲ្យបងប្អូនស្ត្រីយើងគ្រប់រូប ត្រូវមានស្មារតីចូលរួមក្នុងការថែរក្សា ការពារសន្តិភាព ព្រមទាំងធ្វើការប្រឆាំងដាច់ខាត នូវរាល់ឧបាយកល លិ្បចបោកបញ្ឆោតរបស់ក្រុមជនណា ដែលមានមហិច្ឆិតា ក្នុងការប៉ង់ប៉ងបំផ្លាញនូវសន្តិភាព នៅ កម្ពុជា ដែលសម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែននាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង ស្វែងរកទាំងលំបាកអស់រយៈពេលជាច្រើន ឆ្នាំមកនោះ ។
ក្នុងកិច្ចអំពាវនាវនេះ ត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងនៅក្នុងឱកាសប្រារព្វពិធីអបអរសាទរខួបអនុស្សាវរីយ៍លើកទី ១០៧ ទិវាអន្តរជាតិ នារី ៨មីនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៨ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ(ស្រ្តីរួមគ្នារក្សាសន្តិភាព ដើមី្បអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាតិ) ដែលបាន ធ្វើឡើងនៅសាលប្រជុំសាលាខេត្តសៀមរាប ។
ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត បានលើកពីប្រធានបទ «ស្រ្តីរួមគ្នារក្សាសន្តិភាព ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាតិ» ក្នុងគោលបំណងបន្តរំលេចពីតម្លៃនៃសន្តិភាព និងការលើកកម្ពស់ វប្បធម៌អហិង្សាដែលរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលបាននិងកំពុងគាំទ្រជម្រុញ ឲ្យមានការចូលរួមពីគ្រប់ស្ថាប័ន រួមទំាងបុរសទាំងស្រ្តី ដើម្បីវឌ្ឍនភាពសង្គមឆ្ពោះទៅលើកកម្ពស់សិទ្ធិ ស្ថានភាព ជីវភាព ឋានៈ តួនាទីរបស់ស្ត្រី ក៏ដូចជាសុខមាលភាពសង្គម ដោយធ្វើការទប់ស្កាត់ និងកាត់បន្ថយអំពើហិង្សា ព្រមទាំងដោះស្រាយជម្លោះនានាដោយសន្តិវិធី។ ក្នុងនោះដែរឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ឃឹម ប៊ុន សុង បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា កម្ពុជានាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ បានកំពុងឆ្ពោះទៅមុខ លើកិច្ចអភិវឌ្ឍន៍រីកចម្រើនលើគ្រប់វិស័យ ជាក់ស្តែងនៅក្នុងភូមិសាស្ត្រនៃខេត្តសៀមរាប គ្រប់ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធលើគ្រប់វិស័យ មានការរីកចម្រើនតាំងពីទីប្រជុំជន ទៅដល់ ជនបទ ទាំងផ្លូវ ទឹក ភ្លើង មណ្ឌលសុខភាព សាលារៀន កត្តាសំខាន់នោះគឺវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ ត្រូវបានកំពុងទាក់ ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរណ៍ជាតិ អន្តរជាតិ ចូលមកទស្សនាកម្សាន្តពីមួយឆ្នាំទៅមួយឆ្នាំ មានការកើនឡើង ហើយ ភាពរីកចម្រើនទាំងនេះ ក៏ស្តែងចេញមកពីកត្តាសន្តិភាព និង សន្តិសុខ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាយើងផងដែរ ។ ការរក្សាបានសន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាពនយោបាយ និងសន្តិសុខរឹងមាំ បានធានាឲ្យកម្ពុជា បន្តសម្រេចបានលទ្ធផលធំៗថ្មីៗទៀត ក្នុងដំណើរការ អភិវឌ្ឍន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ចគ្រួសារសង្គម និងកែលំអរ ជីវភាពរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាជន ដែលធ្វើឲ្យសេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជាបានសម្រេចកំណើនយ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័ស ដោយរក្សាអត្រាជាមធ្យម៧% ដែលត្រូវបានចាត់ទុកថាជាប្រទេស ដែលមានកំណើនខ្ពស់ ដោយធនាគារពិភពលោក និងជាសេដ្ឋកិច្ចថ្មីមួយនៅអាស៊ី។
ក្នុងនោះដែរឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ឃឹម ប៊ុនសុង និងលោកជំទាវ បានផ្តល់នូវវត្ថុអនុស្សាវរីយ៍ ជូនដល់បងប្អូននារី ក្នុងម្នាក់ៗ ទទួលបានស៊ឹង ០១ ព្រមទាំងមានការរៀបចំពិសារអាហារសាមគ្គីផងដែរ ៕

There are women who are a wife of provincial departments and aimed forces, Trading Partners, students were more than 700 people gathered together, to congratulate their 107 th anniversary of International Women’s Day, 8 March 2018, under the topic (Women Together in Peacekeeping for National Development) chaired by HE Khim Bun Song Provincial Governor ,HE Nou Phala President of Provincial Council and the ladies as provincial council members, ladies and gentlemen, leaders of departments and units as well.
In her welcoming Mrs. Henh Hach Deputy President of Women’s Affairs has been reporting about the results of gender performance in the past .The message of king’s mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk, the mother of freedom, dignity and happiness to our fellow countrymen on the occasion of the 107 th anniversary International Women’s Day, 8 March 2018 was read by Ms. Yu Sophea, deputy governor .
HE Khim Bun Song asked all women to work more harder to develop their capacities to participate in the important social affairs of the nation to be a best leaders in t society.
He also emphasized that every women has an important role to play in the family and national reconciliation, which is also the backbone of the family economy. Because of these factors, all our women are expected to take part in peacekeeping and to take full advantage of the deceptive tricks of those who have ambition to attempt to destroy peace in Cambodia, which Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen has worked hard for many years.
The request was made on the occasion of the celebration of the 107th International Women’s Day, March 8, 2018 under the topic of Women Peace Together for National Development, held at the Siem Reap Provincial Hall.
He composed the topic of “Women Together in Peacekeeping for National Development” in order to highlight the values of peace and promoting the culture of non-violence, which the Royal Government has been supporting to promote participation of all institutions, including men and women for social progress towards promoting the rights, status of women as well as social welfare. By preventing and reducing violence and resolving disputes peacefully. In addition, HE Khim Bunsong also stressed that Cambodia is currently moving towards the development of all aspects over the geography of Siem Reap, all infrastructures in all areas, from urban to rural areas, including roads, water, schools, health centers, and schools. The number of national and international tourists visiting the country has increased, and this growth is also reflected in the peace and security of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Maintaining peace, political stability and strong security guarantees to continue achieving great results recently in the process of socio-economic development and improve people’s livelihood, which makes the economy achieved rapid growth by maintaining an average rate of 7%, which is considered a country with high growth, the World Bank and the New Economy In Asia.
In addition, HE Dr. Khim Bunsong and Her HE provided souvenirs to each of women with the gathering of dinner.
