H.E Pan BunThoeun, Secretary of State for Ministry of Planning, has organized the Public Forum on Monitoring and Implementing of Political Program and Rectangular Strategy, Phase IV at Sangkae Satub pagoda locate at Sangkae Satub commune, Oral district, Kampong Speu province. The forum was attended by residents in 5 villages and other relevant officials of the province.
